Ashley Schendel began her real estate career in 2005 doing marketing for her mother's business. She later obtained her license to pursue sales but realized transaction management is what she really enjoys. She has worked under a top Chattanooga REALTOR® as a Buyer's Agent and transaction manager. In 2015, Ashley saw a need for quality administrative support and launched her own transaction management business for REALTORS® in the Greater Chattanooga and Northwest Georgia areas.

Ashley has built, implemented, and managed proven transaction management systems and is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication.

 

She has a passion for helping REALTORS® take great care of their clients throughout the transaction process so they can focus on tasks that are actually making them money. Ashley loves making them look good to cooperating agents, title companies and lenders as well.
